Each month, hundreds of marketing professionals seek to join Marktal, but we accept fewer than 3%.
We actively search for exceptional freelance marketers by monitoring social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, participating in industry forums, and leveraging referrals. Marketers who discover Marktal are also welcome to submit their applications.
We meticulously evaluate each applicant’s professional background, client testimonials, and work samples to gauge their expertise and understanding of industry standards. Additionally, most candidates undergo a targeted skill assessment.
A video interview is the capstone of our screening process. During this phase, we assess each candidate’s communication abilities, critical thinking skills, and professional demeanor. Those who meet all our criteria are welcomed into the Marktal community.
For select roles and candidates, we assign trial projects to further verify their capabilities. These projects, lasting anywhere from one to three weeks, are designed to mimic real-world challenges, allowing candidates to showcase their competence, diligence, professionalism, and ethical standards.
Once part of Marktal, marketers are expected to consistently deliver top-notch results. We conduct bi-weekly check-ins with clients to guarantee continued high-quality service and do not tolerate mediocre performance or inadequate communication.
